How the Network Operates
The NHT Network is a performance improvement organisation for members that share a common interest in measuring and comparing their service delivery performance in order to improve.
It provides a supported Network environment in which members can measure their own performance, compare with their peers and identify areas for improvement.
Members use the Network's web-based software to capture and analyse their own performance, the performance of their supply chain and to benchmark externally with regional/national peer groups and industry data.
The Network promotes best practice through workshops and case studies and through member meetings and standard performance reports, all accessible via the NHT Network website.
